Transportation Policy for
Out of Town Events
All Tallenettes/managers
will ride the bus to the even as a group. It is my preference that
members return in the same manner, but if the parent so desires, the
member may be released to ride home from the event with the parent and
only the parent or designated adult driver (not friends, boyfriends,
etc.).
A written statement must be given to the director prior to
departure for the event. The statement should include the member's
name, date, statement that the girl will be riding with the parent for the
return trip, parent's signature, and a phone number for
verification.
*Make arrangements for your parent to be in our
section of the stands at the close of the game or have them meet the
director at the bus. (No waving from across the stadium or telling a
friend that you have gone. I need to see your parent's face
too!)
This policy will be enforced and is to ensure safety and
whereabouts of team members. Thank you for your cooperation in this
matter.

notice is to verify that my son/daughter will not be riding the bus on the
return trip for the above date designated but will be riding with me. I
understand he/she is to ride with me or the designated adult driver and no
one else and if any infraction of this policy occurs, disciplinary action
will be taken.
